We had the absolute best experience with this company and the technician was top notch. His customer service, personality, and taking the time to explain to us what he was doing was greatly appreciated. You don’t get that type of customer service anymore.

The technician who came out to service our property was awesome. His professionalism and timely manner was an A+ and the service was extraordinary. He explained everything that I needed to know to including the chemicals and amounts that he would be using. He also explained what he was spraying, along with the where and why. He was awesome and the company will continue to get my business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Gillen serviced my home for over 10 years. When I moved, i didn't transfer the service address...big mistake not taking them with me! They've always had knowledgeable exterminators and remarkable customer service and will forever service my home.

I was driving to Damon, TX on 442 and I was hauling a rather large and awkward Dog run /pen. It caved and was sparking and dragging the ground unsafely. A Gillen truck that was headed in the opposite direction turned around and pulled behind me. The young gentleman offered his assistance. We retied it down, bending it back in shape as we went. We thought it was all good. This young guy followed us for a mile and the same thing happened again, dog run dragging and unsafe. He solved our ordeal by helping us reposition all the ropes and making sure it was all secure. I’m not sure how or if I would have ever made it to our destination without this young man who was so polite and caring. Thank you for hiring him… We need more gentlemen in the field like him.
